SHARE YOUR TALENT.

SHARE YOUR TALENT.

VOLUNTEER YOU TIME,
ENERGY & EXPERTISE

We are always looking for caring, compassionate, and committed individuals as well as groups to support the work we do. Currently, we are a 100% volunteer-run organization. We have several opportunities that can enrich volunteers’ professional development and personal fulfillment while giving so much to the organization.

Volunteering with us can be an opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills, have fun, and get involved in your community. From fundraising events to PR campaigns to joining our board of directors, there is something for everyone.

We are also looking for people who can help with digital marketing initiatives, such as designing and producing content for our website or social media platforms, helping us design campaigns, and developing strategies for communications outreach.

Did you know that we are one of the few organizations in the area to offer the President’s Volunteer Service Award?  In 2003, the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation founded the President’s Volunteer Service Award to recognize the important role of volunteers in America’s strength and national identity. This award honors individuals whose service positively impacts communities in every corner of the nation and inspires those around them to take action, too.

The PVSA has continued under each administration, honoring the volunteers who are using their time and talents to solve some of the toughest challenges facing our nation.
